Refund policy

You may be able to cancel (not change) your order within a short time which is 24 hours.
Order cannot be canceled once items are shipped.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  •  Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
  •  We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  •  Socks (hygiene reasons).

 - Please note that we do not cover the shipping costs for items that are being returned.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Before returning please confirm that the items are complete, and in perfect condition - unworn, unused, unwashed - with attached labels and original packaging.

Returns & Exchanges

To start a return or exchange you have to first contact us at If your return or exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
